We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Aura purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team at concierge@aura.com or call us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

Secure Packaging
Place the unworn item back in its original presentation box, along with the certificate of authenticity and all original packaging.

Complimentary Pickup
We will arrange a secure, fully-insured courier pickup from your location at no additional cost to you.
